We believe age is the key to crafting wine of exceptional quality.  Using only the best fruit available in the Napa Valley, our  Cult Collection of wines are typically  aged for over 30 months in French oak barrels, plus an additional one - two years in bottle before their release. In the early stages of this process, we often start by coaxing our fruit using the method of barrel fermentation, that includes  greater skin to juice contact by gently being punched down   2-3 times per day in 60 gal French Oak  barrels
